How does your career treat you? Do they offer a whole slew of benefits and retirement options galore, or do they avoid anything worthwhile? If you haven’t already noticed, some companies go all out when it comes to taking care of their employees, while others try to stiff every worker they can. Why is this? Well, I’m sure it has to do with company funds and resources to some extent. However, one thing is for sure, this factor certainly says a great deal about any company. Nevertheless, retirement planning is something we all have to face sooner rather than later. If we wait until later, funds can get a little scarce.
