Helping Kids Understand Food Choices
This is a great article and interesting findings - to what I think is becoming a serious problem in the United States - helping kids make good food choices. With so many high-fat, high calorie foods in so many places — birthday parties, sports events, holiday parties, even Grandma’s cookie jar — it’s tough for kids to make healthy choices.
